Victory sportswear's, apparel division unit 1 consists of four lines of "Sewing" with approx.25 machines each with one common cropping and checking departments. A single Cutting department feeds both lines and one common pressing and packing department servicing these two lines.

Victory unit II consist of two lines of "Sewing" with 20 machines each with one common cropping and checking departments. A single Cutting department feeds both lines and one common pressing and packing department servicing these lines.

Production is expedited through piece rate contractual labor, with each department being run by a highly skilled and experienced contractor and supervised by production and quality control departments.

90 Percent of Dying and knitting is executed at our sister concern Vision International this making our structure that of a vertical unit with in house knitting , dying and cutting.

The present contractual employment stands at 300.In addition; the company directly employs 40 persons to manage the plant, making the total present employment to be 340 persons.

Mr.Mehmood H.Dadabhoy (B.com) as the Managing Director overseas the administrative and financial management of the factory.

Mr.Saeed A.M.Dadabhoy (M.Sc. USA) as the Chief Executive over looks all affairs of the Company.

Mr.Bilal Muneer (B.S. Economics, Political Science) as the Operational Director looks after the technical, quality control merchandising, financial affairs of the company and day to day working of the firm.

Managers:

Mr.Khalid Ali Khan (B.Com) as the Sr .Merchandiser looks after Compliance and all the merchandising issues from enquiry to shipment for the Wal-Mart Orders.

Mr.Muhammad Rizwan Sadiq (I.C.S U.K) as the Merchandiser looks after all the merchandising issues from enquiry to shipment for all other orders.

Mr.Saleem Zikarya (B.Com) as the Factory / Production Manager looks after the overall Production of the company. He has a vast experience of 12 years in managing the Production.

Syed Rahmatullah (M.A Economics) as the Manager Knitting & Dyeing looks after Fabric department of the company.

Mr.Sanower Ahmed (B.Com) as the Quality Control Manager looks after the Quality Control Department of the company. He has a vast experience of 10 years in managing the Production and Quality of the garments.

Mr.Siraj A.M. Dadabhoy (B.Sc. CPA, USA) advises the senior management of the company on corporate issues with special emphasis on the financial and commercial affairs of the company.

Mr.Sajid A.M.Dadabhoy (B.Sc. USA) advises the company on merchandizing, marketing and new product development.
